She is a workout and fitness expert, she eats and train. I will share some of her photos and transformation and maybe videos below.
First off, to achieve that body goals, you have to be determined, no matter how busy you are, make time. Do it for yourself, if you want to feel more confident in your skin which you should, everyone deserves a hot body they can proudly show off and if by chance genetics treated you badly, well it's time to work your butt for it and YES!!! You can achieve a tinier waist (you shouldn't have to wear a waist trainer every time you have an outing), flatter tummy, toned muscles, bigger butt, etc.
To be successful with your transformation, you have to follow these steps:
1. 90% percent of your meals should be prepared by you. I would say 100% but I'm aware of busy schedules and all but try your possible best to eat more homemade meals and when eating out, purchase fresh not pack.
2. When making your meals, grill don't fry. Most times, fried foods with oil containing cholesterol adds to our body fat unless you use olive oils to fry.
3. Try to reduce the use of salt when cooking, rather use herbs and spices. Sodium isn't exactly good for the body.
4. More importantly, eat lots of fruits. If you are not a fruit person, juice it up by blending and mixing a variety to make smoothies. Trust me, smoothies stay longer in your stomach, you almost don't feel hunger for a long time because they are thick and take long to digest. Make your juice fresh, better than packed juices.
5. Eat toward your goals, when eating bear in mind that you want to achieve your body goals so eat smaller quantities as often as you can but in small quantities. Draw up a food table to assist you.
6. Understand the different between aerobics exercise and carrying weights. Now too much running and aerobic exercises will cause you to lose weight, that's true!! But if you are focusing more on a slimmer weight, big and firm butt, maintaining your full breast, toned legs and arms, flatter tummy... then you have to concentrate more on those areas by doing more of weight carrying exercises. Train with dumb bells, or any weight even big stones but not too big lying around. Aerobic exercises will cause you to lose even your full breast, you will be stick thin not curvy and shaped. You have to eat well and carry weights so that the fat in your stomach or unwanted areas in your body will be projected to other areas. Many women complain of losing their assets to
exercise. Don't be one of them. Workout regularly and be constant with it.
And even if you are stick thin, you can workout to be curvy and shaped.

into whatever you want it to look like
