Weight loss issue(˘̩̩ʃƪ˘̩)

People think slimming down is easy,especially for girls...Abeg do u guyz even have the faintest idea about what we deal with...all you sha know is your gf must be a sexy babe with all the curves in the right places...
For some,slimming is easy,some deal with food issues,some its lack of sleep,some its stress,some its just excercise. What got your friend to lose weight might not necessarily get you to because you have different body types. You have to get really familiar with your body,if you don't have a weighing balance,just get a tape rule,get the measurements today check back in a week if you have fattened up then you think back at what everythng you ate,did and did not do,then avoid what needs avoiding,change your lifestyle the week after,if you notice you slimmed then work on it.
You don't necessarily have to starve or work yourself out badly to slim down,know the basics"avoid heavy meals after 6pm,eat Ģoº°˚°º∂ and well balanced diet",make time for excercises,rest your mind,body and just live and be happy...don't let someone dictate to you how you should look weight-wise,just live healthy and be healthy.
