JESUS

His name is calld jesus,why?because He shall save people from their sins,most people do not take sin seriously(romans 6:23), as far as God is concerned only punishment for sin is death(john5:2-14),so for all those saying"at least,I only stole just 1000 or it was just a small lie compared to others etc,sin is sin,there's no other name for it and u will be surprised as to how horrible the punishment is.
Sin and sorrow go 2geda,there is no peace for the wicked ie. sinners neva know peace,the bible says 1peter 2:24,Jesus died to our sins so we might live unto righteousness (see rev 12:11)
There is no salvation without genuine repentance(prov 28:13,luke 13:2-5) genuine salvation turns u into a new creature,no matter how horrible d sins of your past is God is calling you unto righteousness,he's not calling to condemn but to save your soul, serve Him and Him alone,surrender completely,for godly sorrow worketh repentance(2nd corinthians 7:10).
And if you say you are saved,here are the questions you should ask yourself: *what are you saved from. *are you still living the same lifestyle you used to live?if yes,you are not saved,did you have an encounter with Jesus? *when were you even saved?
Here are the signs showing genuine salvation.
1.U start thinking what can I do for Jesus,what are those things I should let go of for Jesus
2.You can't be genuinely born again without thinking of restitutuion
3.You always want to serve God to the same extent and even more as when you were in the world.
If you have not been saved and you really want to be,say this prayer with a heart full of repentance:Lord Jesus,I am so sorry for everyway and everytime I overlooked your death for me by my constant sins,Lord Jesus,pls forgive me,come into my heart and into my life,direct my footsteps,lead me and be my personal Lord and saviour,help me to overcome sin and whenever I call upon you,answer me,thank You Jesus for dying for me to live unto righteousness,Henceforth,I declare You as my Lord and personal saviour In Jesus name I have prayed,Amen.
